ANM / JPHN COURSE ADMISSION-2024
Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) or Junior Public Health Nurse (JPHN), is 2 Year Certificate Course for Females Only.
- Eligibility: A Pass in Plus Two or its Equivalent Examination recognized by Kerala Board. Those who are qualified from National Institute of Open School , are also eligible for admissions.
- Age: Minimum shall be 17 years on or before 31st December,2024 & Maximum Age : There is no upper limit age as per INC notification 11 of 2023.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates shall be medically fit.
- Course Duration & Internship: The duration of the course shall be two years followed by 6 months internship.
APPROVAL & ANM/JPHN Certificate Issuing Authority
After the successful completion of this two year course in nursing, it will be issued by Kerala State Nurses & Midwives Council, Govt. of Kerala and this course is also approved by Indian Nursing Council.
This Certificate Course in Nursing is approved by Kerala PSC for allowing them to write PSC Exams in order to get Govt. JOB Opportunities in the respective sections.

About the Interview (JPHN/ANM Course) |
The scheduled date for attending Interview will be informed to the applied

Attending the interview by the applicant directly along with all required original certificates and mark lists, is mandatory. Details of Certificates, Marklists etc will be sent to WhatsApp number/Mail ID of the concerned candidate. Those candidates who have not attended the interview will not be considered for admission under any context. |

ADMISSION TO TWO YEAR D.MLT COURSE
Applications are invited for D.MLT Admissions -2024 , under the limited number of management seats conducted at the above named institute. The applications and prospectus for admission can be had from the office of the institute on payment of Rs. 500/- directly or you can contact the office of the institute within the last date.
The D.MLT Course namely Diploma In Medical Laboratory Technology is the 18 months Course followed by 6 months training, is affiliated and run as per the syllabus of Kerala Paramedical Council, Directorate of Medical Education, Govt. of Kerala, Trivandrum.
We started the D.MLT Course as per the sanction order of Hon'ble High Court of Kerala in the year,2017 and is only one and first D.MLT Institute in Kasaragod District (Subjected to the latest order of Hon'ble High Court of Kerala Nos. 2041 & 2042 of 2019 dtd. 28th April, 2020.)
The detailed syllabus can also be got from the institute on remitting the prescribed fee for it on all working days from 10 am to 4 pm.
The notification inviting applications to Govt. Merit Seats for this course , will be called for by LBS or such authorized Govt. agency from time to time as declared by the respective Govt.Department and the same will be notified in leading newspapers. Classes for D.MLT Course will be started after the completion of the admission procedures of the Govt. Merit Seats as per their schedule of dates and timings.

Admission to B.Sc. Nursing Course under the Management Seats
Online Applications are invited for admissions to Management Seats in general to Four Year B. Sc..Nursing Course : 2024 Batch by PNCMAK (Private Nursing College Management Association of Kerala.) ( Incase of any changes or extension of the date, will be notified in the same Association website )
There will be no separate applications called for from our college for the Admissions -2024 to B. Sc, Nursing under our NRI Seats or to B.Sc. Nursing under our Minority Seats. So Online Application to PNCMAK is mandatory for getting access to take part in the selection procedure to Management Seats of PNCMAK or under NRI or Minority Seats. Applications only through online to PNCMAK only and unapplied candidates will not be considered.
Fees Structure for Minority Seat as well as NRI Fees Structure for NRI seat – both fees structures as approved by the respective statutory body, are mentioned in the Prospectus issued by PNCMAK. Fees applicable to Minority as same as the Fees applicable to PNCMAK/Govt. Merit Seat. The Prospectus with fees structure for NRI & Minority Seat issued by PNCMAK, can be downloaded either from this website or from PNCMAK web site: https://www.pncmak.in.
Please note that we have no Agency or Consultancy consigned for conducting Admissions to Management Seats in B.Sc. Nursing Course-2024.
We are one member college of PNCMAK (Private Nursing College Management Association of Kerala.) ,who conducts and allots the admissions to Management seats in B.Sc. Nursing Course -2024 of our college. So the last date applicable for submission of details to our college for Minority Seat or NRI Seat, is presently fixed as within the last date of application submission (17-07-2024 5 PM ) notified in PNCMAK website: https://www.pncmak.in.
The rank list of those all candidates who submitted details for NRI Seat and for Minority Seat respectively, as well as the selected list of those eligible candidates for NRI Seat and for Minority Seat respectively will be published in our website in due course of time. The selected candidates for NRI Seat and for Minority Seat respectively, will be informed by us. The selected eligible candidates need to be obtained Allotment Memos from PNCMAK website in due course of time within the informed date for reporting and getting admission in the respective seat at our college.

Lapse Seat Admissions are subject to the order for Admission under B.Sc. Nursing Lapse Seats-2024 only if issued by the respective department of State Govt. from time to time otherwise there will not be any Lapse Seat Admissions. But Online Application submitted to PNCMAK is mandatory for considering such admission under any lapse / vacancy seat.
Please note that the last date for submitting the details for admissions to B.Sc. Nursing under Management NRI Seats - 2024 as well as B.Sc. Nursing under Management Minority Seats - 2024, will be over after the closure date of submission of application notified by PNCMAK from time to time.
NRI SEATS
Those Candidates who require NRI Seats for B.Sc. Nursing in 2024 admissions under NRI Quota, should submit the required details / certificates such as the copy of PNCMAK ( Private Nursing College Management Association of Kerala.) Online Application and also submit the required NRI Documents as mentioned below.
Copy of PNCMAK Online submitted Application is mandatory in order to consider the admission under NRI Quota Non-applied candidates shall not be entertained for admission selection process for NRI Seats.
Required NRI Documents:-
- NRI Declaration (Certificate) & Sworn Affidavit (Need to be attested under Embassy/Consulate.)
- Passport Copies ( 2 Pages- Front & Back ) need to be attested under Embassy /Consulate
- Copies of Visa / Employment Letter/ Job Card / Residential Identity etc., any of the aforesaid documents should be valid.
- Relationship Certificate from Village Officer.
In case the VISA / JOB CARD / RESIDENTIAL ID is in Arabic, its translation in English, is required.
If the sponsor is in India, Sworn Affidavit can be executed in Rs. 200/-Stamp Paper and need to be notarized by any Govt. Approved Public Notary.
Please submit the details for admission to B. Sc. Nursing under NRI Seats such as the copy of PNCMAK Online Application with correct entry of marks, Relationship Certificate (showing correct Blood Relation) and obtain the official acknowledgement receipt from our College Admission Office.
NRI Sponsor's Passport Copies ( Embassy Attested ) , VISA/JOB Card /Residential ID Copy, NRI Sponsor's Letter of Declaration-Certificate ( Embassy Attested, Sworn Affidavit), are required to be submitted to us by each selected candidate towards the completion of NRI Admission Procedures after the verifications of those documents by Admission Supervisory Committee in due course of time.
Selection is subjected to processing of the details of marks received by us as per Copy of PNCMAK online application submitted to https://www.pncmak.in. Selection List is prepared in order of obtained qualifying marks shown in the PNCMAK online applications after duly verified with the original mark lists of those selected candidates.
The copy of PNCMAK online application should be submitted to us within the last date of online applications notified by PNCMAK for Admissions to B.Sc. Nursing Course – 2024, for the purpose of including in the processing of the selection for NRI Admissions of our college. There are only 08 seats under NRI Quota in our college. Please note the last date in PNCMAK Website: https://www.pncmak.in. and submit the details within the last date.
MINORITY SEATS
Those Candidates who require Minority Seats for B.Sc. Nursing in 2024 admissions under Muslim Minority ,should submit the required details such as the Copy of PNCMAK ( Private Nursing College Management Association of Kerala.) Online Application and obtain the official acknowledgement receipt from our College Admission Office.
Please also submit the originals as well as copies of SSLC/ Plus Two/Minority / Caste Certificate at the time of admissions to prove Candidate’s Muslim Minority status as well as to confirm and verify the qualifying marks with those mentioned in the copy of PNCMAK Online Application.
PNCMAK Online submitted Application Receipt is mandatory in order to consider the admission under Minority Quota. Non –applied candidates shall not be entertained for admission selection process.
Minority/Caste Certificate should be obtained from Govt. respective Revenue Departments to prove the caste under Muslim Minority, and Originals and copies of Plus Two/HSE, SSLC, etc., are required to be submitted to us by each selected candidate towards the completion of Minority Admission Procedures after the verifications of those certificates by Admission Supervisory Committee.
Selection is subjected to processing of the details of marks received by us as per the online registration application receipt submitted to https://www.pncmak.in. Selection List is prepared in order of obtained qualifying marks shown in the PNCMAK online applications copy after duly verified with the original mark lists of those selected candidates.
